Tap it.Hear it.Drop it.
Synths, samples and your own voice on a step grid. Then arrange, mix and automate a whole track, right here in the browser.
SynthDraw it.
Four engines, from one plain oscillator to analog, FM and wavetable, with presets to start from. Draw notes on the piano roll or play them on a MIDI keyboard; every note carries its own velocity and length.
SamplerChop it.
Drop in any audio file, or browse the sample folders on your disk. Trim it, slice it at the hits, change its pitch and speed, flip it backwards. The sample travels inside your session file.
MicSay it.
Your voice, a clap, the kitchen table. It becomes a track like any other, effects and all, and never leaves your device.
From loop to track
Four moves. Same order as in every studio, minus the studio.
Loop
Tap steps on a one-bar grid, or record what you play on a MIDI keyboard, with a count-in, a metronome and quantize for afterwards. Give a track its own length to make polyrhythms.
Arrange
Group tracks into containers, then drag them onto the song timeline as clips. Move them, stretch them, cut them in half.
Mix and automate
Effects on each track, on each group, and on the master. Any knob can ride a curve, per step inside a loop or across the whole song, or follow a MIDI controller.
Export
Bounce the song, a loop or a single track to WAV or MP3. Rendered fast in the background, or recorded in real time, exactly as you hear it.
The rack
Twelve effects, stacked in any order you like.
Each track gets its own chain, each container another, and the master a third. Drag effects around to reorder them, and automate their knobs like anything else.

Plugins
Bring your own plugins, VST3 and CLAP included.
A plugin can be the sound of a synth track or an effect in any rack. It is saved with your session, follows undo and plays in your exports.
WAM
From the web
Web Audio Modules run right in the browser. Pick a polysynth, an electric piano, an amp model or a convolution reverb from the list, or add one by its URL.
VST3CLAP
From your computer
The Juicy Loops Bridge is a small desktop app that plays the plugins installed on your machine into the studio. Their own windows open on your desktop, like in any other host.
The small things
Built to stay out of your way.
- Q / P
Quick or Pro
Start with just the grid. Switch to Pro for the arranger, mixer and automation whenever you feel like it.
- Ctrl+Z
Undo everything
Every tap, drag and knob turn is one step back. Ctrl+Z as deep as you like, Ctrl+Y forward again.
- Ctrl+S
One file, all of it
Save the session to your disk as a single file: tracks, samples, recordings, automation. Open it on any machine.
- 0 MB
Nothing to install
No account, no download, no setup. It runs in the browser you already have, on a phone too.
- Light / Dark
Light or dark
Follows your system, or flip it yourself. The colours of the tracks stay the same either way.
- Space
Keyboard first
Space plays and stops, R records, Ctrl+S saves. Press ? for every shortcut and a two-minute tour of the studio.
Your first loop
is a minute away.
Add a track, tap a few steps, press play. The rest you can find out as you go.
